Für die Billa‑Filiale Oberhausen durften wir die komplette tragwerksplanerische Betreuung – von der Pfahlbemessung über die Ausführungsstatik bis hin zur Bewehrungsabnahme – übernehmen. Die Planung umfasste unter anderem die Aktualisierung des Pfahlplans, die Erstellung der Ausführungsstatik sowie die statische Bearbeitung der Vordach‑Auskragung und relevanter Detailpunkte im Zuge der baulichen Umsetzung.
Durch enge Abstimmung der Projektbeteiligten und laufende Optimierungen – etwa an der Dachaufbauplanung – konnte eine effiziente und technisch ausgereifte Lösung umgesetzt werden.
We were commissioned to provide comprehensive structural engineering services for the Billa branch in Oberhausen, from pile dimensioning and structural analysis to reinforcement approval. The planning included updating the pile plan, preparing the structural analysis and processing the structural design of the canopy overhang and relevant details during the construction phase.
Close coordination between the project participants and ongoing optimisations – for example, to the roof structure design – enabled us to implement an efficient and technically sophisticated solution.
